I'm trying to get the headlight enclosures out and it's grinding my last nerve. Anyone know of a video or resource on how to get them out? It was so easy on my '04.

I would maybe try contacting Diode Dynamics on this forum. They released some how to do videos in the vendor forum but dont know if specifically about the headlight enclosure but they are pretty helpful so might be able to tell you.

You have to take off the front bumper.

I know the bumper has to come off. Getting it off is where I'm clueless. I'll definitely try looking for diode dynamics videos to see if thy have one.

Thanks for the tip

I'm pretty sure Mishimoto has some videos on Youtube on the installation of their oil cooler radiator that shows you how to remove the front bumper.

Try searching some of the videos on the American Muscle site for their 11-14 Raxiom headlights. Even though the design is different many of the connectors, screws and locations are the same.

Thanks for the idea, I think I'll be able to get it now with the video I was directed to :)

We are still working on the headlight removal video. I'll post a thread with more details when it's available

Thanks!

Yessir.

And for anyone else looking to do something like this on their own: That video was a good starting point. But it's different on the V8 than the ecoboost. I had to take more pop clips off for the wheel well fenders to get to a screw behind there to release the bumper where it meets near the front fender...it doesn't just unclip, it's screwed on back there. And there's an additional screw not mentioned on the top right next to the headlights.
