Remove and replace GT on trunk

Has anyone done this? I am thinking of getting satin or matte vinyl because the finger prints on that piano black plastic are no bueno.

I thought it's part of the plastic so you'd have to take the whole black plastic thing off?

I was thinking the exact same thing. I think i will a carbon fiber wrap on that piece

I don't really follow the pictures. Is there a pic of the finished product?

What are our options if we want the GT badge gone completely? I'm guessing an aftermarket plastic piece thing?
