Remote start wont work.

Remote start wont work on my 2016 v6 mustang. i try to start it and it just beeps, sometimes the check engine light is on and some days i get in and the check engine light is off. Is there anyway i can fix this myself.

Happened to me. Ended up being the Filler neck wasn't sealing and causing a vapor leak. Replaced under warranty.

Yeah, that is what the warranty is for. They ordered the part, replaced it, CEL went off, remote start works again.

some auto parts stores such as Autozone do free code lookups. You need to know why the CEL is on. It may or may not be related to the starting issu.e

The remote start is disabled with any CEL per the service guy that fixed my filler neck issue.
