REMOTE START INTERMITTANT ISSUES...

2021 GT - base, auto, no other options....it has remote start on the fob, of course. Every once in a while, I will try to start it, and it will click, and otherwise wont do anything. Other times, it will briefly crank, without actually starting, today, it did both, in that order. Fired right up on the third attempt. Never does this using the start button inside the car. Have not used Fordpass remote start enough to have any sort of comparison. I bought the car in January, and noticed this issue in the cold....today it was nice and warm when it did it's no start thing - this usually happens after the car has been sitting all night or all day. Battery voltage is fine 12-14 volts.

Check all grounds in engine bay as well as the wiring at the starter. Check all connectors too in engine bay wiring harnesses and at the starter harness to make sure they are right and secure.

Then remove battery cover and check to make sure that the battery terminals as well as the battery cables do not have any corrosion.
