Remote start and climate controlled seats

Hi, so I have a gt premium auto. And as I have understood it from before, the car is supposed to activate the climate controlled seats after a remote start according to outside temperature if its selected through the vehicle settings. Is that correct? If so then my car isn't functioning correctly. Whenever I remote start my car it never heats or cools the seats. And I live where it can get really hot sometimes and that would be very nice to have that option working correctly. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so is there a fix? Or do i just take it to the dealer? thanks so much!

From my understanding -

If you clicked the seats on (to cool or heat) and once the vehicle is turned off, the next time it is started by remote, the "last" setting of the HVAC system and seats will remain and turn on automatically.

I think there is another setting in the main display for "auto" - and it was posted a while back that if that function is selected the car will heat/cool based on established "auto" parameters.

thanks so much for the reply! I will try that next time. my only problem is the car doesnt adjust to "auto" at all. when its boiling hot it goes on low, and when its below 30 degrees it sets it on low. Im not sure why...
