What’s up guys, this is my first post on here wanna see if I can get some help and tips on rebuilding a short block. I have a ‘17 GT with bolt ons. I had a cylinder give out on me and I’ve had no luck with Ford so looks like I’m gonna take it into my own hands and tear this thing apart and build it my way.
I want to get as much horsepower out of the engine without having it fail again and have the block ready for boost in the future. I decided to go with MMR forged rods and Manley pistons, .010 over, also changing my OPG and clutch while at it. Anybody built their bottom end and use this combo? Also what else should I consider replacing while It’s already torn apart. Any help is appreciated
