Rebates/Incentive questions..

1) Does any one have a fairly good listing of which rebates/incentives can be combined and which are not compatible?

2) Do you have to disclose to the dealer you are ordering from, which rebates/incentives you are going to use when the vehicle finally arrives?
I know that you have to disclose your X-Plan at the time of ordering.

I was able to combine the following on my purchase:

$500 Dream Big
$750 Experimental Aircraft Association combined with x-plan discount
$1000 Conquest - this is for leasing a competitors car. I am buying my GT

Cannot combine the military offers with these.
