Clean it good and the give it several coats of Lucas Speed Wax makes it look great and keeps the dust from sticking

I used a DA with a finishing pad and Meguiars Plastx to get rid of the scratches, worked great.

It's a really soft plastic that scratches from a finger touch. Maybe put a few coats of ceramic on it after you've polished all of the scratches out - or better yet, PPF.
