Rear subframe bracket

Asking for a friend,… when replacing the springs in the rear, there’s that bracket you take off with two 13 mmbolts so that way you can take out the big 21 mm main bolt. Let’s say someone messed up the threads on one of the 13 mm bolt hole but the other 13mm is good and the 21 mm is seated perfectly… is that gonna be a problem or does said friend need to fix that hole

Not to sound rude, but yes it absolutely will be a problem. By not replacing that bolt you're asking the other one to do double duty, which on a load supporting member like the rear subframe, is not particularly intelligent. Try thread chasing the goobered hole, otherwise you'll have to tap it to the next size up and get a proper grade bolt to replace the original.

Easy to rethread or enlarge to 14mm. Find a toolkit from Harbor Freight, as they are inexpensive.
