So currently right now I have an issue with my rear license plate screw coming off, the right screw has been coming off more recently, when I purchased the car it was already like this and bought some screws and it fit and worked however didnt tighten and now one of the screws just keeps falling off and I'm scared the plate will soon follow, anyone have any suggestion on what I can do ?

Maybe fill it with bondo and try screwing it in when it has cured.

You might need to order new inserts for the bumper from Ford. Remove the old inserts, install new and use proper fasteners.

The problem probably stems from someone screwing in a much larger screw or bolt and now the insert will not accept anything other than that previous size. You could try to get a larger fastnwr, but then you would have to do the same to their other side to have even looking fasteners.

epoxy ribbon glue, silicon caulk might work too...In wood doorframes I have tapped in toothpicks and glue to give threads something to bite into...
