Is it possible to swap the rear end and subframe from a coupe to a convertible? I know the shocks are different but what else?

why would you want to do that

Don't....you will loose the strength of the additional vert frame reinforcements that bolt under the car.

I think they are both the same , there are reinforcement braces that connect under it back to the unibody. But they only list one shock and the other suspension pieces are the same as well.
