Rear axle leak or grease

Hey guys I just installed a steeda light rail and just happened to look under the car at the same time. Came across this. Is this a leak or just grease. Left side is clean. Is this covered under warranty? Is it something that I should be worried about.

That is a leak. You need to replace the shaft seal (I'd do both). I also replace the diff fluid.
