Reading source code, eta start and end date is that when it will ship?

Mine has been built since 9/26 and still awaiting shipment. I found how to read source code on the forums and was wondering if the eta start date is when it will ship out and eta end date when it will arrive? my Estimated delivery date has stated 10/20 for some time now and it says 6 days left, but it has not shipped yet. if i read the eta dates right, it should ship tomorrow and still arrive by 10/20?? I dont think it can make it to Phoenix, Az in 6 days, my last 2014 i ordered took just under 3 weeks to arrive once it did ship out. am i reading this all correctly or are they on hold or anything why it still has not shipped?

I would think it's an estimate of when it is delivered (between those dates), not shipping on the first date and delivered on the second.

the ETA is a possible delivery range. it is a computer generated estimate based on several factors, but can not be looked at as an absolute. if you are still awaiting shipment, then you are clearly going to miss the ETA.

Until that changes to an October date, don't sweat it. You're in a holding pattern that doesn't have a chance of breaking until Thursday.
