I took my 16 Gt350 to a dealership for the oil line recall. A few days after getting the car back, I noticed this rattling noise. Any thoughts?

Yes, the oil level is good. I forgot to mention that it does not make that noise until the engine warms up.
Sounds like valvetrain noise, i would bring it in ASAP to have it diagnosed.

Could be a bad valvetrain component or something.

That sounds like a bad VCT phaser possibly. It tries to shift the cam after getting up to temp and this happens.

Did you leave the car with them? Document the mileage in and out?

When I read the title, I thought, "great, another piston slap thread."...but that's definitely not piston slap (which is normal for these cars).
Do the same video again and just tip in the throttle a bit off idle....well - maybe my first suggestion should be to get it to the dealer ASAP.

Engine rattle

I had a similar "rattle " when My car was new. A bolt/ push pin securing the oil cooler lines was left out dealer corrected the problem. When I had the recall applied the same service manager who corrected the first problem installed the new oil lines and insured the push pin was installed. Worth checking.

I got the car back from the dealer. After the oil line recall was completed, the engine cover on the bottom of the car was not secured properly. This was the cause of the noise.
