How did you go about getting a reproduced kit?

I got the car back from the dealer. After the oil line recall was completed, the engine cover on the bottom of the car was not secured properly. This was the cause of the noise.

According to the work order, they replaced 2 quarts of 5w50 while completing the repair.

Yes, the oil level is good. I forgot to mention that it does not make that noise until the engine warms up.
