For all the trim pieces, just back the clips with a piece of TESA tape (cloth tape).
A common rattle is the plastic piece above the steering column and below the odometer. Just put some cloth tape on the little J clips sticking off the bottom.
The center console rattle could be from a couple of places. Open the arm rest and the center console rests on top of the arm "box" on either side. Use a plastic trim tool and pop these sides upwards and out. There should be two trim clips you can back with tape.
Another place to look if you have a manual: there is a free plug for the center dash alumination / my-color that sits pointed upwards at the ceiling. It is not plugged into anything and just clips into a spot near the passenger seat belt. It may be loose or rattling.
