It's grown on me. My first choice was actually ruby but obviously not available in '20. Overall I'd say Rapid is very nice and can actually look better than ruby under certain lighting conditions. Ruby is so nice because it's slightly darker and seems more consistent no matter what the lighting.

Ruby seemed to me to have a richer look to it - for lack of a better word- but my preference is for the "pop" (for lack of a better word) that Red Candy and Rapid Red have.

New here, but here’s my new GT. Absolutely love this color, looks totally different in different lights. Brighter in the morning sun, best in the evening sun, really accentuates the lines of the car.

I LOVE THIS COLOR! When I ordered my car in January there really wasn't another choice. I've had a string of cars with a similar color. I've received many compliments, and agree this looks best in the sun when just washed. Some pics attached.

You got the lower at LMR, they don't seem to sell the upper. Saw the cheap imitation ones on Ebay, don't want to go down that route.

Yeah, LMR used to have both pieces, but they sold out of the top a while before I was ready to order. I got it at Tasca Parts.

After adjusting for differences in shipping, the price was about the same at both places. Tasca sold out of the lower grille after they took my order, so I went back to LMR.

I've read hereabouts that the fit of the knock-offs is good, but they don't have the chrome surround. I really wanted that. Not much point in understating the details on a red convertible.
