Random reverse issue 10speed

Hey all I have a 19 GT with a 10speed. Every once in a while on a cold start, I start it up and put it in drive to get it out of the garage and it’s like it’s in neutral. I give it alittle gas and will slam in. Been doing that randomly for the last 2yrs. Now after a 20min drive home from work, I stop and put it in reverse to back into my driveway and it’s doing the same thing. It acts like it’s in neutral and I give it a little gas and it really slams in reverse and goes. It sounds terrible when it happens. Only has happened twice. Car only has 28k miles on it. Never had any shifting issues while driving. Has anyone experienced this problem?

I've owned a 2020 and a 2023, and neither exhibited that behavior. You could be low in transmission fluid or it could be the valve body going.

check your fluid , also after you check and verify the fluid level , disconnect the battery overnight and then drive the car to learn the shift adaptations with proper fluid level .

TSB 2101. On my 18 GT 10r80, it shifted hard into 3 and 5 and going from R to D it would snap your neck. They replaced the clutch hub ( CDF Clutch cylinder) and it's like butta, I tell you. Butta.
