Random P0300 Random Misfire

Hey Guys my 2016 5. 0 just started showing a PO300 Random Misfire Code. I’m trying to get it to pass emissions but the O2S, HTR and CAT wont reset. Car runs great no drivability issues. Mods are Longtubes, 18 Manifold, AED E85 Tune. Any common things to look at for a Random Misfire Code?

Update: Replaced Plugs and Crank Sensor still throws PO300 But Now only on start up. Could It be the tune ?

When you replaced the crank sensor, did you do a crank re-learn?

Yes, it only throws a code on start up sometimes cold start sometimes on warm start but not every day. No codes on driving or WOT. I guess that’s it’s called Random. It’s been the most frustrating thing I have dealt with on the car. No other codes to point me in any direction. I’ve heard Cam phasers can cause this but I’m not sure how to check that.

Any luck figuring this out?
I too get this code under the same restart conditions but only every once in a big while on the AED tune (like once every 3 months) I also have a lund tune and when that is flashed in then it happens almost daily. I don't ever use the lund tune anymore but just seems odd one tune it hardly ever happens and the other tune it happens daily
