I only seen a few threads about this but nothing has helped. Base car, took the center stack out to add padding and when putting everything back I couldn't get it to turn on. Pony logo comes up and you can change the time or date but the radio wont turn on. Pulled fuse 32 and still nothing. I did end up removing the CD player as well but I am not sure if that is also a cause. When everything was connected it wouldn't turn on anyways.

It is most likely due to the engine tick and or rattle....you are screwed. I bet the 2nd radio has the same problem.

Ha.....maybe you missed a ground wire. Not exactly sure how these radios work, but maybe you see the pony logo and then the amp kicks in and shorts it?

LOL yes! My radio had the BBQ tick and blew up. Now my new radio has a rattle check out my youtub3 vide0.

I have been looking quite a bit but I haven't really found anything. If you plug in the phone it will still charge it and if you disconnect the screen will say USB whatever was disconnected. I will probably just go along with it for a while and see if it comes back on on its own. I never really used it and would just remove the whole system but the car is already going to be annoying to trade in as is if I ever choose to so I don't really want to gut it more.
