Radio Stopped Working

Hi all. Sync 4 radio just stopped working. Feel like it had to do with apple car play. Everything works on the screen but there is no volume. Phone volume over Bluetooth doesn’t work either. Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue, everything lite up but pressing the buttons did nothing. I pulled the battery cable for 5 - 10 mins, reconnected and everything worked fine. Haven't had the problem since. Have you tried that yet?
