Radio Lockup

Anyone else have their radio lock up on them? Mine did today. Tried to shut off the car and left the car for a few hours and was still locked up. Eventually got it to work messing around with the sync buttons on the steering wheel. Was strange sync kept saying the radio was off when I tried to switch to it. Didn't get any responce from any of the buttons including the power button. Tried even holding in the power button with no luck. Backup cam and bluetooth were both working the whole time. Was very strange. I have the base system. Curious if anyone else has had this happen.

I have the premium and mine went dark/locked up once when I was turning the screen off. Radio stayed on but stuck on same channel, volume only worked on the manual knob. No other buttons worked. I shut the car off and on to no avail. It did finally come back to normal after sitting overnight.
