Race star 17x10.5 in front ?

Like titles says. Any now if the race star recluse 17 by 10.5 fit in front. 2015 mustang not PP. I know lots have put xx by 11 on front. Racestar says no?

Depends on the offset.

11" wheels can fit with the right offset and camber, so those can fit but depends on what their offset is.

Racestar says no because those wheels were made and tested for the rear of the car. They never tried to put it up front, nor do they know what size/offset wheels fit on the car. They also may have different definition of the term "fit" as some fit but not necessarily looking good eg. lots of poke

I could try and put my rears on front to test but was wondering if anyone has done it lol

They would probably fine depending on the offset.

But I don't think many 17s will clear the base GT brakes.

I know the 17 will fit over the base brakes not the pp brakes.
No idea what this tech info means lol
17x10.5 offset mm 48 back space in 7.64 Front space in 3.86 stick out .68
18x8.5 offset mm 28 back space in 5.85 front space in 3.65 stick out .03

See, with that offset they won't fit the front unless you use spacers.

But that's interesting that 17s fit.
