R wing measurements

Can any of you 350R owners post the measurement from the rear edge of the trunk lid to the rear of the wing stanchions? Just got my Carbon 2 Carbon wing and would like to follow Fords OEM mounting position.

The base on the factory Wing mounts about 1/8" forward of the edge radius. You would be better off to match the side contour to the trunk lid the same is the factory.
Here is an image of the R factory wing position. Looks like in your photo the position is slightly too far forward.

A friend on TMO confirmed your dimension. I had it mocked about 1/2" forward. Will set it correctly, thanks again for the reply.

I'm sure you could source a template from Ford. The same way the track pack spoilers come with one. I would go that route instead of trying to guess.

Got the install done this morning just before the rain came down hard. No issues, I did cut out the center of the supplied gaskets to add about 3 1/2 square inches of 3M High Strength molding tape in addition to the 3 M6 x 1.0 bolts used on each side. For the 4 exposed bolts on the underside of the decklid, I used some Porsche M6 x 1.0 x 16 mm button head torx bolts I had from my GT3RS wing end plates. They look a lot more appropriate than the hex head bolts supplied. Quality and fit of the Carbon2Carbon wing is beyond excellent. This piece is also an EXACT replica of the factory piece, made from the original Ford tooling.
