Hi All,
I am sure this has been sorted already, but I want to be specific about my issue.
I have a PPQ Prestige slimline plate that weighs a lot (metal framed with acrylic front). I am looking for a front mounting solution that is strong and with minimal front bumper damage. I have seriously considered the Sto N Sho and Craigs brackets but they are not suitable due to the weight of this thing.
So my opinion is this plate needs to be directly solid mounted - to the bumper. The bumper has a curve/bend in it. This plate can not be bent.
PPQ want $475 to possibly (no promises) to redesign this never used plate into a flexiplate! This is going no where.
Who has achieved a satisfactory outcome? How? And photos please.
Thanks in advance.
