Solar style Management is bad. After sale service is really bad.
Even without looking at the issue they refuse to fix it. They say rain water causes mineral deposit on Opticoat and this is not covered under warranty.
No such thing as paint correction either. 3 cars and all have marks on RH door on them at the same location.
How can they miss on all three cars, if they do paint correction, it could have been picked up easily.
The only time you will get quick response is when you are inquiring about new business, once you have paid don't expect any fixes after that.
Have to involve OptiCoat Head office and 3 Visits to fix the issue, which they refused to fix without even looking at it, no matter how small the issue is or was.
Also i don't think they do wheels properly even though they charge for it. They keep the car overnight not to cure it, but just so that they can work on multiple cars. Only time they use infrared, if you want your car back same day.
Best option, if you chose Opticoat, get someone (mobile) to come to your place, at least you know what they are doing or pick another vendor.
