QA1 CV Adapter Needed - MT82

This is a huge shart in the dark, but would anyone happen to have a spare cv adapter and hardware for a QA1 carbon fiber drive shaft for an MT-82 I could buy. Potentially the best candidate would be someone who has broken a drive shaft and still has the adapter and hardware. I'm going through a whole build where everything was piece purchased until we could do it all in one shot. It just so happens the adapter and hardware were misplaced. I reached out to QA1 and they have discontinued their entire drive shaft line. Pic attached. Thanks in advance
