PSA: Maxbore cannot do GT-350 TBs

OK, cool. So at least that is an option. Are they getting the bore on the standard GT close to the GT350?

I think this should be praised - he was honest, didn't screw up your part, and made sure you were made whole. Good on this company!

I had mine done by Maxbore. On a stock GT TB he can get it to 83-84mm. He told me he use to be able to go to 85 but the 2015's and up have less meat on them to work with. Did a gtreat job on it. It is the one I am running with my PC set-up.

Considering getting mine done. Any immediate noticeable benefits or just adds to the overall experience? I'd imagine combined with other mods it should open it up quite well.

Actualy he may notice it.. but is it really gaining anything? no. A larger throttle body just lets more air in at lower throttle inputs. Its basically losing throttle resolution the bigger you go. go woth a 400mm throttle body and congrats on your on/off switch
