Use the software/labtop and create your own tune file. All you need is a dyno and A LOT of patience. I had it done on my G35 using a UTEC piggyback. This must be very similar.

Wow Interesting stuff regarding the tune aspect of a S.C. V6 build. Im really interested in this pro-charger for the V6. Any idea on what HP/TQ numbers it making at the 4 psi current setup ?? What is the goal for HP/TQ numbers ?

With the CanadaUS exchange rate being so bad it's really stacking up the bill. Turbo kit and all extra parts including ecu piggyback looks like $10000CAD in parts only... Add labour and dyno testing and it's starting to look more expensive then what I would of liked. I would also be the guinea pig so nowhere to turn for questions to problems and such. For $10K turn key I would seriously consider it.

How much boost do you think i safe to run on stock internals, assuming everything goes fine? i've heard that 7-8 is acceptable.

I know you've told me that you are not interested in piggyback ecu but shouldn't that be the way to go right now? I know your goal is to market a kit and handheld ecu tuning is easier for the customer but you're ready to go with this kit installed on your car and you're driving around with no tune at 3 psi !!! Put a piggyback on, get the car tuned at 10psi and show everyone what a V6 S550 can do. You can always switch back to SCT handheld when they wake up and see the potential of your setup.

Update: Thanks to Torrie McPhail at Unleashed Tuning we are making excellent progress on the tuning. We're currently working basic tuning and drivability and reaching 6500 RPM and 10PSI boost while still working on air/fuel ratios, torque management, timing curves, etc. We should be able to get through the basic tuning and get it on the dyno real soon.

Awesome man we want to see numbers and track apps time and something on the market soon!
