Yeah, that much boost with a 5 pulley seems high. I talked to Lund and Procharger when ordering and they said the 4.88 should get me 12# of boost. I don't have a real boost gauge, but the built in boost gauge shows me at 10#. :-( I want 12# dammit. But I need to get a real boost gauge to confirm where I'm at.

Take the built in boost gauge numbers with a grain of salt. I used that gauge for awhile but sold it for a more accurate gauge. It is hard to read and hard to see in its location.

So if I'm really seeing 12-13 psi from a 5.00" pulley what does that mean? What are some reasons why it would be higher?

DA...denser air makes more boost. Tune...VCT influences boost as well. Restrictions, or lack of , intake pipe, headers, no cats, etc.. I picked up almost 1 psi with the MAK tube. I'm on E85 but numbers in my sig are at 10.2 psi.

I have a boost gauge in my dash. Under gauges like IAT and and oil. Most cars don't have it. I think they were on the 2015. But yeah, I still don't trust it. Just kind of a guide until I get a real gauge

Does somebody have a 4.75 or 4.88 that they don't want anymore?

Do you have a smaller pulley you want to trade for a 4.88?

I have a 5.00 pulley, but it is a special 5.00" because mine makes 12.5 psi!

I have a 4.88 and only making 10psi. Looking for something smaller to get to 12-14psi. Thinking like a 4.5 or so, but not sure. I asked Procharger and Lund for 12psi, they gave me the 4.88 pulley.

At what rpm are you seeing that boost? On the 5.00" pulley I make around 12 psi at 7500 rpm.

Hey man im pretty sure when procharger says the 5.0 pulley they are refering to the 4.88 pulley. The next size down from that is the 4.75 pulley, thats what im running but getting ready to down to the 4.6 pulley which is the next size down.I really dont think your getting 13 psi with the 4.88 pulley.

Procharger makes both a 4.88 and a 5.00 pulley. On the side of my pulley is stamped 5.00 so I'm pretty sure that's what I have.

I don't think I am hitting 12.8 psi anymore since I have added catless Headers but I do think I'm around 11.5 psi or so. I have had a boost gauge hooked up while dyno'ing, I had the ecoboost gauge for awhile and I installed a prosport gauge hooked up from the procharger vac tree thingy. If my boost is off, it's not off by much.

I'm just finishing up my e85 tune with Lund, but once that is dialed in I will try to hop on a dyno soon where I can verify my boost.

I see 11psi at 7400RPM with longtubes, cats, 3" exhaust and GT350 IM. Mechanical boost gauge. Going to install MAK inlet tomorrow AM finally.

It might be helpful when you say "I am at 12psi on a 4.xx" to give a few more details like a few have done.

Here is what I was at on 4.75 prior to wastegate
Ex:
4.75 pulley
12# - 7700rpm 75* outside. At 90* I see 10-11#
Altitude ~750 ft (Dallas, TX)
Mods: catless headers, Atak catback

Also for everyone asking for xx psi, please provide the rpm you want it at, altitude above sea level and supporting mods.

PC and Lethal got me exactly what I asked for at the exact RPM when I gave them all that info. Unless you are wastgated the devil is in the details.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not sure. My brain is hung up on shifting at 7k and 10psi is the most I've seen on my built in boost gauge in the HUD. So it might make a bit more at 7500,I just need to stop granny shifting. I start seeing the tach hit those lines at 7k and brain says shift. Lol. But pretty sure I'm not hitting 12psi.

I'm bone stock except Stage 2 Procharger with D1
