Anyone know who would carry this pulley for the D1 Stage 2 and what belt I would need? Just talked to Boostworks and the said the hot pipe will ship out in the next day. I plan on pulleying down to take advantage of the wastegate.

Nobody keeps them in stock, from what I have seen. Everyone drop ships from Procharger.

I haven't bought one yet, or called about buying one. Just got home from a trip. If you are interested in selling it shoot me a PM. I am in Texas, zip 75071 if you want to figure out what shipping is etc..

How hard is the swap to do? Do I need air to get the pulley off? Just wondering :). Thanks!

I will shoot u a pm when i get off work.I had to use a 2 jaw puller to get mine off,it was really on their. The new pulley went right on,a few light taps with a deadblow hammer. Some guys say they slide right off,but i think that depends on how long its been on,mine was really tight!!!!.

Do NOT use a puller on them!

That is really really hard on bearings if you do that.

If it doesn't slide off, just use a bit of heat on the pulley from a heat gun, or a propane torch... it will come right off.

I remove frozen bearings and shafts on a regular basis, and im telling u no heat gun was going to remove that pulley.U could see the corrosion after i took it off.I get what your saying about the bearings but i think that also depends on what kind of puller u use.
