I'm thinking about Procharging my car at the end of the year! I have a few concerns though. I'm not very technical on cars, I know a lot of information, but much of hands on myself.... I hear prochargers are made to be as user friendly as possible being an "independent system", but how user friendly is that? What exactly is there to maintain in there? Any idea how it would be to get it installed? And running low boost, like 8-9 PSI, any risks there, or rather what are the risks?

I've had my Procharger for 6 months and I've changed the oil once. All that was needed was putting a Solo cup under the drain screw and let the oil poor out. The new oil comes in little premeasured squeeze bottles so it is as simple as can be to fill back up. The belt was still tight so no need to do anything with it yet but the adjustment screw is super easy to get to.
Sure there are risks with running boost, even at low levels, but even if all goes wrong and the motor is toast, used V6 motors are pretty cheap. Hopefully I don't have to test that theory but it does help me sleep better.
