Procharger HO belt alignment

Hey guys. Getting the head unit and belt put on. Couple of things. Head unit pulley has short shoulder on one side and longer on other. I installed with the long shoulder next to head unit to space out pulley more (pulley size stamp mark facing head unit). As you can see by the picture, once everything is bolted down tight, the belt is riding right up tight to the lip on the idler pulley next to the head unit. Sure looks like it will tear up the belt. Anyone have this issue or a fix?

Mine is like that but not as bad ...Mine runs close to the lip of the idler but not on it .. Let me see if I still have the picture and I will post it ..

Thanks...think I got it. Spun the motor over by hand a few times to get the belt to track and now have some clearance...not much, but enough where the belt is not on the lip.

It will ride offset, just the nature of it.
There is some variance in the timing covers from Ford.
So far 99.99% of them always end up just find (like yours it looks like)
