Didn't they do something on "Mythbusters" once, that if you drive fast enough in the rain, you can avoid getting wet? Problem solved.

Update: Dealer figured out started they installed was indeed bad and they put a new one. All is well now. Thanks for all the help guys!

What are the chances the new starter installed was bad also, lol. Don't be surprised if a bird poops on you when you're outside.
