It's tough to do in Texas.Yeah... .no thanks. I don't want to rely on potentially cracked rubber at high speeds. Neither side of this is safe IMO. Get the proper tires for the proper conditions and have good grip and safety year round.
For example, it was dry and in the mid-70s for most of the day today. Tomorrow through Wednesday there's a strong chance for snow.
I try to drive my truck in those cases.
