Haven't seen pics of any examples, wondering if the PP1 wing will install on the convertible trunk decklid with the same fit as on the coupe?

The spoiler fitment is slightly different between coupe to convertible.
100% possible but will require some adjustments. The main thing I thought was the brake light placement being the main issue. I've seen members on here with the spoiler on their convertible so hopefully they will chime in.

The biggest reason there is no spoiler on the verts is they split the antennas, the blister in the center of the trunk is for satellite radio and the mast on the quarter panel is for old fashioned terrestrial radio. The mast one is in the way for a trunk mounted spoiler. You can get a stubby antenna that clears but reception can suffer.
On the coupe the shark fin on the roof combines both into one antenna, don't know why ford didn't just use that on the center of the trunk lid.

No.

Besides the antenna issue, the contour of the vert lid is different than coupe.

Same reason why a GT350 track pack spoiler won’t fit verts. However, there is a mfr that does make them specifically for verts.

When I had my 2014, I installed a California Special wing on it. Looked great in my opinion. I know it's not an S550, but I was told I couldn't install one on my S197. Surprise, it works and looks good too. P.S. I did drill holes in the decklid.
