I just ordered a set of Endurance track pads from Porterfield.
For the RC719 Brembo 6 piston brakes.
T 43 is the compound. $399 A bit cheaper than the Carbontechs.
I have use both brands on my E30 Chump car. the Porterfilds last about 80% of what the Carbontechs. at $699 for the Mustang.
Are the RC719 Brembo's the front caliper on the PP cars?

According to the Database at Porterfield Yes.
I wont have the pads untill next week to verify the fit. They are made to order.

I have to post a clarification in this thread simply out of frustration from reading it.

The GT PP brakes (pads, rotors, and calipers) are MUCH more track-ready than the EB PP brakes.

There are like 15 misleading replies in this post where you're talking in circles about whether or not the stock pads are ready for the track and you're talking about two completely different setups.

The internet is full of the 'you're an idiot for running stock brakes at the track' posts, but I have to disagree in the case of the GT PP brakes. If they actually are DS2500 pads then that would explain why. Of course once you get faster you might want a more aggressive pads but the stock GT PP brakes are by no means unsafe on track, and they will last at least a few sessions for most people.

It's time for some new pads but I'm not headed to the track, unfortunately. Just looking for some good street performance and reliability for some mountain driving fun. An upgrade in stopping power is welcome, but I don't need to set any lap records just yet. Any recommendations?

I really like my Carbotech AX6. It's just enough and still works when just driving around town. The rear pad upgrade improves the car so much!!!
