Is JR3Z-17626-B the right part number for the PP belly pan with the brake cooling ducts? Is there additional parts necessary to swap my non-PP belly pan for the PP belly pan?

Yes, That is the correct number. I just did this recently myself. You need 2 more screws than the base models. Here is an install guide from roush for a chin spoiler that shows the belly pan reasonably well. I also swapped on a PP chin spoiler which is larger and has different holes; I can’t confirm if the base GT chin spoiler will fit with a PP belly pan. I’m sure I’ve seen it discussed here though.

If I were to buy pp inner fender liners will they bolt up straight to the PP belly pan. I bought a PP belly pan with all the hardware needed for my RTR splitter and my noticed my inner fender liners were hanging on to their dear life so thinking of replacing with PP spec'd fender liners. I have a non-PP car however. thanks

Yes the PP liners will install just fine, I did this with a PP belly pan on my non PP GT. I did the whole replacement because I tore up my factory pan and liners from some accidental off-roading; turns out the Mustang isn’t made for that haha. But it’s not required, you can simply cut the liners you have to line up with the PP belly pan brake duct vents, there are threads on that. I’ll try to find an example.

EDIT: found the thread I was thinking of. https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/gt-pp-splitter-and-belly-pan-install.54829/
