Pretty sure the Ford part number for the PP belly pan as we call it, or Stone Deflector, as Ford names it, is FR3Z17626D. Quicksilver, if you buy the PP part referred to here, you will need to do three things: 1) trim the wheel well liners to get air flow as intended, 2) throw away the soft rubber "curb feeler" from your stock set up because it won't go with the new parts, and 3) drill some holes in the back middle of the new Stone Deflector for you to screw it to an existing plastic cover. If you don't do this last thing, it will be loose at that point.

I have a GT premium. If I purchase the CS splitter, can I just replace it with the oem without changing out the belly pan?

Yes as it works with the non pp belly pan which is what the CS cars come with.
