I'm wondering if anybody knows the part number for the clips maybe? I think my noise is coming from the fronts only, but it sounds very similar to what was found by @MSMStannyl. If I'm driving, coasting, or still, there is no sound. If I am braking regularly or lightly, I get a "playing card in the spokes" type sound. If I slam on the brakes, no sound.

First few brakes of the day (or just a good hard brake), has terrible screeching. As things warm up, screeching returns. At this point I'm thinking about just swapping to a different set of rotors and pads up front to get rid of the issue, but I want to make sure I have all the parts that I might need and I'm definitely going to a different shop this time around because the last one messed it up three times...

I have the GT 4 pistons up front, stock V6 for the rear. Usage is mainly street, very rare drag strip (car is slow anyway so it doesn't matter) and I mainly just want it quiet all the time again, but cheap and reliable.
