So I got my complete kit to do the rear subframe and differential bushings. I went with powerflexusa because they have tabs that fills the voids on the stock bushings. It makes sense to me to fill the voids to get less flex from the stock bushings.
I will post after my install and give you guys a review on how they work. I bought the black race bushings..

So I installed them it was a bit of a pain because you have to get all the tabs lined up to install. So the hardest part was the front of the diff I had to drop the subframe as low as possible to get it inserted. The tabs did fill out the voids nicely . I didn't get to drive it yet but the quality is excellent
I believe bmr has metal shims that u can insert but it doesn't fill the void
