Very difficult to see all these delicious foods. A little over a year ago I started doing daily 16/8 fasting. I only eat twice a day, low carb but not keto. I have lost close to 110 lb since I started. Feel much better in so many ways

I’ve been doing the same. 2 meals a day and working from home so didn’t make sense to have lunch when I just sit at home all day. Lost weight but gained because of the holidays but it’s fine. Will just get back to it next week.

in November 2018 I was 250lbs. Started exercising and eating better. By July 2019 I was 157lbs. Eventually got back to 195lbs in August 2020 to 166lbs in November. Right now I’m 174lbs. Goal is back to 160lbs. Feels great being skinny.

And the shits
LOL. Sucks if that happens to you. I probably drink anywhere from 8-30oz a day of plain black. Never had an issue.

my brother's place down by Ft. Belvoir (on Patton drive, natch, what are the odds) had an insane BTU stove and gas burner setup with full-tilt-boogie commercial air hood and I think even a dedicated sprinkler.
Nice. We have a gas stove, and it does a good enough job. But I need more! Def need to get a better extractor whenever a new stove goes in. The current kitchen can be lacking sometimes yet is still working out just fine. A full kitchen remodel is years down the line. I'm considering building an outdoor Wok station next to/and integrated with the grill. It'll be a basic burner on top of a gas tank. But tons of BTUs. Downside of course will come to the season. I'm not willing to be make a stir fry when it's >50.

I get that everyone is different; I've never had that reaction.

IMO it's a physiological reaction. People most tend to drink coffee in the morning. Also, people most typically shit in the morning. I suspect that Pavlov's theory is coming into play. Or they just have an out of balance gut biome.

IDK. I just love coffee. Sucks for those that have a reaction.

And we're done! It'll be better tomorrow though.

Sorry in advance. I'm no expert, and don't want to be "that guy", and still you didn't ask; yet I want to throw in my 2 cents. If it were me I'd crank up the temp way up and get a serious sear on that beef first. I'd sauté the hell out of them veggies too.

That said, I'd eat that and ask for more.
