Yeah I thought the Pirelli was the only tire available that fit the 19'' PP wheel, unless I'm looking at that wrong.

Thanks, Doug, happy to hear that — just put a set of Michelin X-Ice Xi3s on mine, and it's good to hear they're going to last so long!I know it's not a 2015 but here is my 2011 sitting in it's 1st snow back in 2010.
Had just mounted the Michelin X-Ice tires / MB wheels combo for the pictures.
It's got over 100k miles on it now (same set of tires on their 5th winter / almost 50k miles) and I still LOVE driving it in the white stuff !!

Since 1998, I've had 4 different sets of Winter tires ... "Q" Speed rated Blizzaks WS-50's, 2 sets of "H" Speed rated Dunlop's (IIRC M2 & M3), and now these Michelin's.Thanks, Doug, happy to hear that — just put a set of Michelin X-Ice Xi3s on mine, and it's good to hear they're going to last so long!
:first:
They are mounted on the stock rims so I just went with 255/40/19 for the front and 275/40/19 for rears. What size are your blizzaks?
Ouch! Does Plasti-Dip have anything that would work for the rim edges? The clear coat on those cheap MB Wheels was already lifting after one winter ... JUNK !!
I'm waiting for when I need to replace the tires and I'll then send them to get stripped and powder coated while the tires are off. If I knew the clear coat was going to fail that quick, I would have had them powder coated when new !!Ouch! Does Plasti-Dip have anything that would work for the rim edges?
Sounds like a plan!I'm waiting for when I need to replace the tires and I'll then send them to get stripped and powder coated while the tires are off. If I knew the clear coat was going to fail that quick, I would have had them powder coated when new !!
