I bought my car last December with 26,000 miles on it and pretty much since month 1 I've had an issue where the check engine light comes on and it says post catalytic fuel system too lean. Ive taken it to the dealer to address this problem 5 times now including one period where I didn't have my car for 2 weeks. They have replaced O2 sensor after O2 sensor but they seem to be stumped. Now the check engine light has come on again and along with the "too lean" code there is also a cylinder misfire on cylinder 6 and 8. I fear the dealership I bought my car from wasn't honest about the cars history and it may have been ran hard or modified. Can I still claim lemon law even though I bought it certified pre owned?

In florida if under warranty and can't fix after X tries you can invoke lemon law. Better to start with buy back then onto lawyers.

Florida Lemon Law, not sure if it applies to certified preownes. The first sentence says new or demo vehicles.

Also says no modifications, your Sig has lots of mods.
I believe it means no modifications that caused the problem. I haven't added power yet and all of the repairs so far have been covered under warranty.
Im going to make an appointment tomorrow and see if they can get it fixed this time. I really don't want to go through the legal hassle of getting a new car through lemon law, plus I like my car and I doubt I would be able to get into something equally as nice.
