Very nice. I am a Colt 1911 guy--just because it was my first 1911 (long ago).

This one is a Colt Gold Cup Trophy that I bought in 2010. It's my "car gun" as it stays loaded ('locked and loaded') in my car with an extra magazine. That doesn't require a licence in GA, but I have always had a carry licence for use outside the home or car.

No fancy pictures as you can see. Its my favorite since its my first build. AR pistol, 300 blackout, 8.5 inch barrel. Home defense/truck gun. Shoots super easy and straight.

I think that my best home defense weapon is a simple Remington Model 870 12 gauge that allows a 3" shell with a fixed choke All the other pump shotguns are equally good. You need one. They are around ~$300.

Here is mine:

I just mix "00" buckshot with a few slugs to protect my family.

You should never place your thumb above the stock when firing these shotguns. The kick-back is very obvious.

Yard/country/fun shooting: AK-47
Cheap fun: 22 rifle
Long range: 270
Car/carry: Baby Glock (G-26). 26 with an extended mag is the best overall gun I've ever owned. I have several Glocks.. 19, 43, 23, and 26.

I also own two revolvers, which I don't trust 100%.

I keep forgetting to get picks but my SCAR-17S with Trijicon optic is my best in my opinion. I like my savage BA10 also in .338 Lapua.

I had to go into Atlanta to meet a guy for lunch today. I always carry in that area due to the high crime rate.

This isn't much in the looks department, but I got it almost two years ago when gun rebates were plentiful (after the election). It had a $75 rebate and a free t-shirt. It's a Smith & Wesson Shield in 9mm (3.1" br.). Nice shooter and easily concealed. $274 out the door after rebate (should have bought two). I got it at AO gun store in Marietta (10,000+ guns in stock--take in home in less than an hour).

This one has a safety which I prefer.
