Best you can get is select performance shift indicator and track and you get a set of lights on top of the digital dash display that build to the centre.

Also that would only be for the M6 I don't think that feature is available for the A10. Unless this changed for the M1

The cutout is there on A10 cars but not the actual projection if I remember it correctly
