Pco, custom order credit, etc

Anybody recently used a pco or the custom car credit recently on a new mustang? I didn’t even know about the pco until today, so I have been trying to find one and planning on calling Ford tomorrow to see if I already have one.
Would be great to use x plan, custom car $1000 credit, plus pco when my car comes in.

I discussed this rebate with dealer during production cycle after I found it on Ford website. They told me they would deduct it when I picked mustang up. Must have slipped their minds. I was looking over my paper work and did not see the $1,000 rebate..AFTER I brought mustang home.
Called them a few days later and they happily refunded it. Wonder what would of happened if I didn't call?

I have my pic too with a time stamp so the dealer can’t say I did not have it

Well tried calling Ford marketing and they can see some offer in my account, but she couldn’t pull it up to see what it said. She did tell me that it is Certificate #1000095993 and that I could go to the dealer to see what it is. She told me that some rebates are expiring 10/6/21 and dealers might not honor expired.
I have heard people having to call multiple times to get a pco in the mail/email, so I’ll probably call again in a few weeks.
