PCM Replacement, 2019 Mustang GT

Has anyone here had to replace their PCM? I have a difficult situation at the moment, as my downstream o2 sensor ripped & I believe it shorted all the way to the PCM, now they’re saying I need to replace it. My car has catless long tubes, so I doubt ford will even touch it, has anyone underwent a similar situation? I’m kind of at a loss as to what to do, except keep trying dealers. It’s throwing codes like P06B8, & a few other PCM related ones.

Very basically you will have to get a new PCM and have it programed to your specific car in a stock configuration, install it then reinstall any tunes you may have.
