Looks great! I have a Vortech on my car. my head unit hits the hood liner. The only suggestion Vortech has is to "remove the hood liner" which I do not want to do. the top of my unit is black and is becoming shiny(worn) because of it and my hood liner is dented in. If I were you id consider taking out your hood liner or look for other methods until Vortech comes up with a solution to the problem
What about just cutting the liner out where it meets the SC?

I have the collision warning system too. Had to modify the bracket, but it collision control and cruise control doesn't work anymore. I hope there's a fix.
So you modified the bracket and it still isn't working? Are you sure you hooked the connection back up? I'm going to cut the bracket off and shave down the one stud that is going to touch the intercooler. Reinstall the two screws and that should secure it.

How long did the install take?
I started Thursday afternoon and wrapped it up last night. I took my time as this was the most detailed install I have ever done. I worked on it off and on from Friday to Sunday since the wife was getting annoyed. Started my first datalog last night around 6pm. I reinstalled the bumper and under tray this afternoon and did my first cruise log. Tomorrow I have to do a short WOT run and continue with datalogging. All in all it could have been a faster install if they had the correct size hose clamps and the two require hose barb fittings that weren't in the kit due to me having to run to Home Depot.

It stated to use #52 hose clamps.. But it needed #64. And it was missing a 3/8 and 5/16 hose barb fitting.
