Paxton Belt Tensioner Question

I just installed the 3.48" pulley on my Paxton this weekend, and I used the second hole on the passenger side (2nd tightest hole) with a 102" HD belt. I had to really walk the belt on, and when I released the tension on the tensioner it only moved about 2mm from the max position.

I had belt slip on my 3.6 in the next hole over so I had to move to this hole, but I am nervous that this might be too tight with the tensioner almost being maxed out. Can anyone provide some insight on if this could cause an issue? Do I need to think about getting an upgraded belt tensioner?

Edit: Doing my own research this setup is probably too tight. I am definitely out of the correct operating range of the tensioner and running it this tight could cause long term issues with pulley bearings and even main bearings... I am going to try the Gates 102.5" belt and see if I have any belt slip with the slightly larger belt. I guess if I have belt slip I will have to try an upgraded tensioner or even 8 rib set up. I will post my results for those of you who are curious about the 6 rib set up with a 3.48" pulley.
